This was a three-phase initiative built from the ground up for an enterprise B2B platform's FY26 go-to-market.

Phase 1: Messaging Matrix Developed a two-theme framework organized across four quarterly cadences (Precision → Velocity → Clarity → Connection) and three messaging tiers: Thought Leadership, Solution Storytelling, and Proof. Delivered as both a working matrix and a companion guide for client review and approval.

Phase 2: Content Audit Inventoried 500+ assets from a 2,500-row site crawl, mapping each to the matrix by theme, tier, buyer stage, and editorial status. A strategic decision tool, not a spreadsheet exercise.

Phase 3: Cross-Channel Gap Analysis Evaluated active paid creative on Google, LinkedIn, and Meta against the matrix. Surfaced proven formulas, including a LinkedIn format generating 5x industry average CTR, and built a prioritized quarterly development roadmap from the findings.
